Since Covid19, price increases have occured at a wholesale level, due to increased freight charges. We have been unable to absorb these costs and have proportionally increased our prices. To mitigate this, we are aiming to keep our bouquet sizes similar but using spacing and filler flowers within the bouquet better.
Most of our deliveries occur in the afternoon. Should you require a timed delivery (eg for a funeral service), or if the recipient is at work between a certain time eg finishes work at 4pm, or you require a special morning delivery (which is available for an extra $10 fee), then please let us know. If you are unsure, call the store on 9520 3141 to discuss.
If no-one is home to receive their flowers, then the flowers will be left somewhere safe for the recipient at their premises; this includes apartments and townhouses. If you do not want this to occur, please let us know upon purchase. Should a redelivery need to occur eg no where is safe to leave their flowers, then a redelivery fee will occur, which is charged at the same rate as the initial delivery charge and is payable by the purchaser prior to redelivery.
